2009年9月30日，集團已簽訂出售協議，有條件同意出售玩具業務之49%。出售事項完成後，集團將從事(1) 玩具業務（玩具業務之51%股權）；(2)物業投資業務；(3) 發展節能相關業務；(4) 生產薄膜太陽能組件製造專門設備。

公司重組後由自有品牌的玩具商，轉型為太陽能企業，新公司鉑陽太陽能將是中國規模最大的薄膜太陽能設備及薄膜太陽電池生產商，亦是內地唯一獲得薄膜太陽電池TUV/IEC和UL國際認可的太陽能行業證書的生產商。

集團主力發展非晶矽生產設備，由於非晶矽薄膜轉換效率為6%至11%，轉換效能略低於多晶矽的15%，但生產成本亦較低，約多晶矽三成左右，生產過程亦較環保。2009年11月30日，公司與日本的Evatech簽意向書，向其提供PVD設備組件，而Evatech亦會提供太陽能電池製造設備。

Apollo 集團是市場上有能力以最短時間組建成一條25 百萬瓦特之組裝完備生產線的企業之一。連同其合資格合約供應商夥伴，Apollo 集團每年可組裝高達250 百萬瓦特之完備生產線。其設備研發小組以北京為基地，而其大規模生產流程則以中國泉州為基地。

480 : this one is more clear, on 16 days chart. it has , and from normal abc, the 1.618 should be on 2.86, and last bottom(A) is at 2.9, the buying range is 2.86-2.9. if A = C, C = 2.78

The upside potential is high for around 5 and more.
